Red Dry Wine
Bright red color. Expressive and generous, fruity with notes of red fruit, pomegranate and discreetly floral.
Vinification The vinification takes place in a stainless steel tank. The pre-fermentation extraction lasts 5 days, followed by inoculation of the grape mass with selected yeast strains.Temperature controlled conditions during fermentation 24-26οC.The fermentation is completed and the wine is immediately separated from the marcs.The wine remains in the tank for 4 months where periodic stirring takes place.

Τaste characteristics Honest in the mouth with ripe and crunchy tannins. Beautifully structured medium, with sweetness and aromas that perfectly harmonize with the taste sensation. Fruity with vanilla notes and aromatic return from peach compote.
