Vinification The vinification takes place in a stainless steel tank. The pre-fermentation extraction lasts 5 days, followed by inoculation of the grape mass with selected yeast strains.Temperature controlled conditions during fermentation not exceeding 24οC. The fermentation is completed and the wine remains with the marc after fermentation for at least 10 days. This is followed by separation of the wine from the marcs. The wine remains in the tank for about 2 months where periodic stirring takes place. The wine is then poured into French oak barrels with a capacity of 225 and 300lt. The maturation time of the wines in them was completed after 18 months.

Sweet tannins, oiliness and very good duration in the mouth .Roll out successively with purity both its fruity substance and the spicy with notes of cassis tart, sour cherry stone, black pepper and sage . Long and lasting aromatic return.
