THOUSAND YEARS 2016
White golden yellow with green highlights . Attractive aromas of vanilla, stone fruits, citrus and notes of white flowers.
Vinification The grapes are cooled in cold rooms at a temperature of about 10oC.The pre-fermentation extraction lasts 6-8 hours followed by separation of the must from the grape mass . Temperature controlled conditions during fermentation not exceeding 16-17οC.The fermentation is completed in 10-12 days, however the wine remains with the fine wine lees and batonnage periods follow. The wine is then poured into French acacia barrels 225lt where it remains for a period of 6 months.

Τaste characteristics Very good entry into the mouth with volume and oiliness, notes of nougat and apricot, crunchy and cool acidity that lasts with a fruity aromatic return.
