Rose Wine, Semi-Sweet, Semi-sparkling
A rose semi-sweet semi-sparkling wine, from the varieties Agiorgitiko, Syrah and Moschofilero.
Vinification The vinification of each variety takes place separately in stainless steel tanks and under conditions of controlled temperature 16-17οC. The fermentations are stopped by cooling the fermented must, leaving residual sugars in the wine. Immediately after, the blend of the three witches takes place and post-fermentation actions follow with periodic suspension of wine sludge for about 1 month, when the processes for the preparation of bottling begin.

Aromatic profile Fine but also generous, alluring aromas of reds
fruit - strawberry and Cornelian cherry - tie harmoniously with notes of white flowers.
Τaste characteristics Exuberant and full in the mouth with balanced acidity and dynamic presence of bubbles. The above elements work synergistically offering a generous and creamy mouth with harmonious sweetness and fruity aromatic aftertaste.
