Vinification
Vinification of the variety takes place in stainless-steel tanks and under controlled temperature between 18-22°C. Fermentations are stopped by cooling the fermented must, leaving residual sugars in the wine.

Organoleptic Characteristics
Red, bright color. Rich aromatic profile of red fruit and vanilla notes. Soft tannins in the mouth, balanced sweetness and a full mouth with a rich fruity aromatic.
Recommended Serving
Pairs great with dark chocolate, soufflé, chocolate pie as well as caramelized nuts.
